Here at Strategic Focus we are all about solving problems, everyday planning and reporting problems to make your day go smoother. Like how to run your reports on time, model a unique scenario, amortise a prepayment, capitalise projects, Work in Progress, asset revaluations or even how to create a simple Driver list that management can update for you.
We believe in transferring our specialist knowledge. Our library of “How To User Tips” are designed to guide you through the business modelling processes following best practice techniques. We update them regularly and provide them to all new users and support subscribers in a format that can be easily edited into your own systems documentation. If a topic isn’t covered or you are stuck we provide 7 days a week phone/email support.
Unlike many other systems our software is updated with continual enhancements to make the budgeting and rolling forecasting process simpler. We believe that if a task can be done manually in Excel, then software can do it quicker and more accurately.
To fund the on-going developments, bi-weekly user tips and 7 day support we offer an optional user support and software maintenance arrangement. You can read more about this here.
